This series was developed to give school council members the skills and resources that they need to become true partners with their school administrators.
Topics include, but are not limited to, Understanding Reg. 612/330, roles and responsibilities of members, school funding, conflict resolution, parent engagement, school learning plans and the role of the council and fundraising. The volunteer parents who make up school councils have the right to be fully trained to fulfill their role with the proper tools at their disposal.
